Who we are

Resourceful Coaching Associates was set up by Henrietta Bond. It brings together a range of very different individuals, with their own coaching styles and professional experiences, who share a common desire to work with clients in a respectful, optimistic and truly person-centred way. So that every client may feel more ‘resourceful’ and able to maximise their own potential.

Henrietta Bond

Henrietta worked for more than 20 years in the voluntary and social care sector and also in the fields of media, training and communications, before becoming a coach. Henrietta set up Resourceful Coaching Associates to ensure that a wider range of individuals and organisations can access the benefits of coaching, in order to recognise and utilise their resources. Enid Pinder

Enid has a breadth of experience in the world of education, management, marketing and PR. She has also lived and taught overseas and continues to travel widely. Enid trained as a full-time coach after witnessing the power of coaching among the team she was managing. More

Lucy Daniels

Lucy's career spans consultancy services, electrical manufacturing, advisory work for national and local government and setting up the national charity, Parents at Work (now Working Families). Her specialisms are small business start-ups and also the reconciliation of work and family life. She is an independent consultant, trainer and coach. More

Denis Goodchild

Denis brings together a wealth of business experience, and studied for his MBA on a fast-track management programme with one of the FTSE-100 companies. As a trained coach and NLP practitioner he is conducting academic research into executive coaching. More
